The
founder of Back Office Solutions,
Robin Roscillo is an efficiency expert. Robin brings to her clients a
deep knowledge of office management, with experience managing the operations of
small businesses, law firms and corporate departments. Robin's skills
include organizing office operations, setting up systems and protocols needed to
operate efficiently and cost-effectively, rigorous cost-control mechanisms, effective
recruiting and training processes, implementation of best practices, improved
work flow, improved office layouts and project management. In addition, Robin cultivates a cohesive team
and productive work environment that supports the company’s goals.
As a
member of several business operation organizations, Robin is certified in a
number of office management areas and has conducted seminars and designed
educational forums on optimizing office efficiency.
As a
member of the Association of Legal Administrators, Robin has designed and conducted seminars
for the Stamford Bar Association, Westchester/Southern Connecticut Chapter
Corporate Counsel Association and the Association of Legal
Administrators. Robin has volunteered her services for many years to
non-profit organizations, including her local schools, library, churches, educational and networking groups. She currently serves on the Wilton Chamber
of Commerce Advisory Council, and chairs the Wilton Chamber’s Leads Group. Robin is also Co-Chair of the Wilton Library’s annual event, "Beyond Words".
